la poudre d’escampette de paris à londres

in the end, as it turns out, il n’y a pas eu de grandes découvertes françaises pour moi.

i shouldn’t say that.

j’ai vu la bleedin’ eiffel tower. had breakfast sitting by the seine. marché à travers la Cathédrale Notre Dame, marché sous la pluie sans parapluie pendant 30 minutes, longé monmartre au complet, vu le chalet de Van Gogh (de loin), acheté du vin à 2 euros (ne faites pas comme moi), partied in downtown Paris in a bar that is exactly like The Playhouse (yea, the Montreal one), met people (as you do, not that i had intended to.)

Now that I’ve laid all this out, j’ai bien l’impression d’avoir eu tout un week-end.
Et maintenant, vivement une belle central London, heated and ACed, extras all around, hopefully still cheap as hell chambre d’hotel.

I’ve been away 3 days and already I missed Sainsbury’s. I don’t even live here.
